The story explores the feeling of denial a mother faces after losing her child. It also tells Lola's story, (a child spirit) who is trying to send signs that she is still exists in the afterlife. It's a comforting and poignant story with a heartfelt message.
The writer, Nicola Hosking, was inspired with the concept after witnessing her friends' experience the loss of a close family member and hearing their personal accounts of connecting with spirits.

NICOLA HOSKING - WRITER/DIRECTOR/PRODUCER
Nicola is a recent Scriptwriting graduate from Bournemouth University. Her love of writing extends from an early joy of acting. She likes to tell stories that will change perceptions and open up conversation.
This will be Nicola's first time directing and she's ready for the challenge...
"If a person can write, they can also direct because they've seen the story in their mind's eye....Surely then it's just about finding the right help to bring those images to life on a screen? If I can deliver my instructions and deliver them well then I've done my job as Director."
DAN TONKIN - 1ST ASSISTANT DIRECTOR
Dan is a Practical Filmmaking graduate of Ealing Studios Metfilm School and final year scriptwriting undergraduate at Bournemouth University.
Dan is highly knowledgeable across directing, producing, camera operating and video editing. He also mentors younger writers and filmmakers.
REBECCA GAINES - ASSISTANT PRODUCER
Rebecca is a graduate of the University of Surrey where she studied Film Studies, in both theoretical and practical form. She had worked for The Picture Production Company for just over 2 years, involved in various different departments.
Having worked across various different commercial shoots from Playstation, to Oral B, to Isuzu Blade, Rebecca has now left her job to pursue her dreams to work on films as a freelance Production Assistant and Producer.
SAM MORGAN-MOORE - DIRECTOR OF PHOTOGRAPHY
Sam is a self-described 'professional image maker', specialising in digital Video and stills since 1994. He's also an inventor of many pieces of kit in addition to being the owner of a van full of camera goodies! He will be shooting Stay With Me on the SONY FS7.
SAM CLEVERLY - 1ST AC
Having graduated in 2013 from Buckinghamshire New University with a degree in Film & Television Production,Sam is relatively new to the industry. Despite this, he has worked on a wide range of productions including ITV Drama Broadchurch, children’s film Who Killed Nelson Nutmeg? as well as producing work in the corporate sector for Sennheiser and other South-West based businesses.

GRAEME WILLETTS - SOUND RECORDIST
Graeme is a graduate from the University for the Creative Arts in Farnham, where he studied Film Production. Graeme has been a sound recordist working on many productions including feature films, documentaries, TV programmes, short films and podcasts. Graeme has mixed work with his passion of travel, working on projects in the UK, Canada and USA.
He also enjoys long walks on the beach.
FIORELLA SANTANIELLO - EDITOR
Fio has recently graduated, with Distinction, from Bournemouth University having studied an MA in Post-Production Editing.
She now works as a freelance offline Avid, Final Cut Pro and Premiere Pro Video and Film Editor and has enjoyed recent experiences working as Main Editor on the feature film A Reason to Leave and as an Assistant Editor on local kids feature Who Killed Nelson Nutmeg?
SCOTT WHITSTON - PRODUCTION ASSISTANT
Scott graduated from the University of Surrey, having studied Film Studies with Creative Writing. He has worked for Forward Films and The Picture Production Company, but has recently left his position to become a freelance Runner in order to work more closely with films and have time to write.
Scott's short film A Wolf At The Door was shortlisted in a number of film festivals, including The Short Cinema, Viewster Online and West Virginia Filmmakers Festival.
TWINEROCK - FILM SCORE
TwineRock is musician and composer Edwin Quinn, who pounded the skins in a band once described by Creation Records' Alan McGee as, "The worst band he'd ever heard"...high praise indeed.
Since then TwineRock has been involved in musical projects encompassing, metal, hip hop, gonzo, alt country, trance and psych rock. He has also contributed original music to a 2013 feature film - BONOBO by Mark Withers.
